About the role
Gateway Toyota is always searching for great employees to add to our team. Our service department is currently looking for an upbeat, friendly and efficient Saturday Receptionist.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist with any customer inquires
- Coordinate shuttle customers and assist drivers when needed
- Reconcile daily cash reports
- Basic filing
- Take customer payments (basic cash handling)
Requirements:
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management with written and communication skills
- Great customer interaction
