Supervise staff Train or arrange for training of crew Record production information and complete reports Project management Plan and maintain production schedules Plan coverage of upcoming events and assign work accordingly Organise day-to-day business operations Invoice clients Establish work schedules Estimate costs Ensure that process steps are carried out according to specifications Document work completed Provide customer service Co-ordinate and schedule activities Identify human resources requirements Complete and maintain production reports Recommend measures to improve work methods Determine scheduling of production Coordinate work activities to ensure projects meet deadlines and budgets Consult with clients to determine project needs
