Join a key role within ATCO’s leadership team, supporting meaningful work across the organization. What You Get to Do:

Executive & Calendar Support •    Manage complex, high-volume calendars, email, and correspondence with discretion and accuracy •    Coordinate meetings, events, and travel end-to-end — including agendas, materials, itineraries, and follow-up actions

Communications & Document Management •    Draft, proofread, and produce polished correspondence, itineraries, and executive briefings •    Maintain accurate document management practices and ensure version control across key materials •    Handle all confidential information with the highest level of integrity and discretion

Operations & Projects •    Support day-to-day business operations and internal communications •    Process invoices, expense reports, and assist with budget tracking •    Research, compile, and synthesize information to inform executive decision-making •    Contribute to special projects, conferences, and corporate events from planning through execution

Stakeholder Relations •    Build and sustain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders •    Represent the Executive Office with professionalism in every interaction

What You Bring:

•    Post-secondary education in Business Administration or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered •    7+ years of progressively responsible administrative experience, including 3+ years supporting senior or executive leadership. •    Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat •    Sound critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented approach •    Demonstrated ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and exercise good judgment •    High level of professionalism and integrity when handling sensitive and confidential matters •    Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities •    Strong written and verbal communication skills and a meticulous eye for detail •    Exceptional interpersonal skills; able to collaborate and build relationships across all levels •    Willingness to travel and work extra hours as needed •    A valid class 5 driver’s license
