Required Qualifications:
One year related post secondary certificate required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Completion of post-secondary education (e.g., diploma in Business or Office Administration, Unit Clerk certificate) is required. Proven experience with ESP/WFM and Automated Shift Callout software is essential. The role requires a strong understanding of collective agreements utilized within Covenant Health (e.g., UNA, CUPE, AUPE, AUNP, HSAA) and related legislation. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams, and general internet applications is required. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required and will be assessed. Demonstrated strengths in customer service (in-person, phone, and email), problem-solving, conflict resolution, critical thinking, and interpersonal communication are essential. The successful candidate must be able to work both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team environment. A high level of attention to detail and accuracy is required, along with strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage competing demands and changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility and adaptability are essential, with the ability to respond effectively to shifting priorities. The ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, partners, and clients to achieve shared goals is required. An excellent attendance record, reliability, and personal suitability must be demonstrated through employment references.
