Bilingual Warranty Specialist - Temporary Location - Markham/Hybrid Duration - 3 months Hourly Rate - $30/hour
Our Markham based client, a global automotive manufacturer, requires a Bilingual French/English client service professional to assist in a special project involving warranty claims.
The Bilingual Warranty Specialist must have:
- A minimum 3 years Contact/Call Centre experience
- Experience dealing with escalated cases involving mediation
- Exceptional written and verbal French and English communication skills
- Experience working in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- Experience working with SalesForce is a strong asset
- Must be able to work on site in Markham Monday to Friday from 8:30am-4:30pm with 1 day of remote work per week.
