Who we’re looking for: We’re looking for the right people to join our all-star team who will immediately fit in with some of the best midstream Supply Chain professionals in our industry. We’re looking for: Someone who has strong organizational skills: You excel at managing multiple tasks simultaneously, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring that information remains structured and easily accessible. A people person: We need someone who’s a natural when it comes to building relationships- whether it's with customers, teammates, or anyone else you work with. You know how to connect, listen, and make people feel heard, especially when things get tough. What you’ll do: Here is a sample of some of what your workdays may look like: Fleet Develop and maintain a commercial motor vehicle program for NorthRiver fleet vehicles. Assist in the preparation and filing of all regulatory documents as required. Report on the operation performance of the fleet, such as lifecycle management and fuel consumption and identify opportunities for improvements and cost savings. Support additional internal reporting as requested. Ensure drivers and vehicle records are current and up to date. Manage monthly invoices for fleet provider. Manage third-party fleet provider relationships, including quarterly and annual business meetings. Logistics Oversee the entire shipping program, from pick-up through to delivery at site for scheduled shipments and last-minute rush requests for operations and projects. Includes coordination of cross-border shipping, customs brokers, and freight companies. Identify delays with delivery and support expediting during high volume periods Manage carrier invoices and freight bill payment process Review and improve NorthRiver's shipping methods to align with best practices. Supply Chain coordination and delivery support: Coordinate and support day-to-day activities across multiple SCM initiatives to ensure alignment with priorities and timelines. Support the creation of requisitions in SAP, ensuring accuracy of data and alignment with the business requirements. Create and maintain material master records in SAP, including new material number creation, reorder point adjustments, and maximum quantity updates. Support the development and standardization of templates, tools, and processes to improve consistency and efficiency Perform additional duties as assigned to support the evolving needs of SCM team What we offer: A culture of continuous learning and mentorship from the best in the business (and fun!). What you bring: Required Bachelor Degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or Commerce. Excellent at prioritizing tasks and multiple deadlines. Able to work independently. Experience with managing various work processes.
