Description Respond to tenant inquiries via phone, text message, and email. Provide updates regarding maintenance requests, lease matters, and property-related concerns. Maintain professional and timely communication with tenants. Prepare and process new lease agreements. Manage lease renewals and lease-related documentation. Assist with move-in and move-out coordination. Maintain accurate tenant records and lease files. Receive and manage maintenance work orders. Coordinate with vendors and contractors regarding repairs and service requests. Follow up on outstanding maintenance issues and tenant concerns. Update work order statuses within company systems. Process tenant statements and related documentation. Assist with bill payments and administrative property management tasks. Maintain organized records and property files. Support daily operations using Rentvine, AppFolio (or applicable property management software), and other company systems. Perform data entry and record management. Assist with reporting and documentation tasks. Support the property management team with additional administrative duties as needed.
Hard Requirements: Previous experience in property management, real estate administration, or virtual assistance. Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to manage tenant communications professionally. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and cloud-based software. Experience using Rentvine, AppFolio, Buildium, Propertyware, or similar property management systems. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Experience handling maintenance coordination and lease administration. Familiarity with property management processes in the United States.
Schedule: HOURS/WEEK: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 9AM - 5PM Pacific Standard Time Zone
Offer and Benefits: OFFER: Weeks 1–6: $5 USD/hour Weeks 7-12: $6 USD/hour Weeks 13 onwards: $7 USD/hour
