Job Description What is the opportunity? We’re seeking an adaptable and driven professional ready to make an impact. As part of RS&D - Strategy, Integration and Enablement, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our communications and enablement strategy and driving excellence into regulatory portfolio delivery. You’ll be joining a small, flexible, and high-impact team that provides critical support to the larger RS&D group, a first line risk group that stewards different risks on behalf of the Personal Bank. This is a unique opportunity to grow, learn, and contribute to a team that values diverse perspectives and empowers its members to lead. You don’t need a risk background, but you must be eager to learn, grow, and embrace new challenges. What will you do? Develop and deliver engaging communications (written, spoken, and web-based) to strengthen regulatory connections and enhance our brand. Create monthly reports and manage financial updates in Planview for regulatory initiatives. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, acting with productive urgency to drive results. Drive the RSD Team Engagement Strategy through annual planning and content creation. What do you need to succeed?
