As a Receptionist, you will support the front desk operations with confidence and professionalism while also assisting behind-the-scenes tasks that keep the business running smoothly. In addition to greeting clients and coordinating appointments, monitor and respond to the customer care inbox, prepare basic reports, and complete administrative tasks in support of the service team. You?ll be a key point of contact for customers, helping ensure their experience is seamless from first interaction through delivery and post-purchase support.
In this role, you will confidently handle challenging customer service scenarios with empathy, professionalism, and problem-solving skills. Your ability to remain calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and coordinate effectively with internal teams will help resolve issues efficiently, maintain positive customer relationships, and uphold our reputation for exceptional service.
What You?ll Do

- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Accurately process payments, records, customer information, messages, and documentation

- At least 1 year of customer-facing experience in reception, retail, hospitality, or customer service
