Key Duties and Responsibilities: Checking aircraft documentation, (ie: aircraft log-sheets, check packages, scheduled and unscheduled task cards, etc.) which have been completed by pilots and ACA holders for completeness and accuracy Preparing aircraft Journey Logs and ensuring Journey Logs are complete before aircraft depart the Whitehorse base Entering flight log times and accomplished maintenance work into the MTS with accuracy Scanning & filing flight log sheets and aircraft maintenance records Auditing flight log sheets and maintenance records. Updating and entering data accurately Must haves: Minimum Grade 12 diploma or equivalent Minimum of one (1) year of experience using computer systems & processes to administrate data, records & information Understanding of maintenance or engineering terminology A strong sense of accountability, honesty, and responsibility in all tasks, supporting the trust that we have built with passengers, partners, and communities Enthusiasm for contributing to our unique mission, whether that’s through direct customer service, operational excellence, or behind-the-scenes support Must be a legally entitled to work in Canada Nice to haves: Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Information Management, or Mathematics/ Statistics Minimum of one to three years of experience in aviation Ready to join us?
