About the role
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.. Coordinate the flow of information within the team. Evaluate daily operations . Determine and establish office procedures and routines. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages. Answer electronic enquiries. Order office supplies and maintain inventory. Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas. Perform data entry. Provide customer service. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
