What You’ll Do
You will play an important role in keeping customer orders moving accurately and on time. Using your fluent French and English communication skills, you will support customers, coordinate with internal departments, and help ensure each order is entered, tracked, updated, and completed with care.

Responsibilities
• Process customer orders accurately using SAP and other ERP systems • Review order details, pricing, product information, inventory status, and delivery timelines • Communicate professionally with customers in both French and English • Coordinate with customers, sales teams, warehouse staff, logistics partners, and internal departments • Monitor order progress and follow up on delays, backorders, changes, or documentation needs • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, helpful, and professional manner • Maintain accurate customer records and update order information as required • Assist with returns, credits, replacements, and order adjustments when needed • Support reporting, documentation, and administrative order management tasks • Help resolve issues calmly and efficiently while keeping customers informed • Maintain a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and service quality
Qualifications
• Fluent bilingual communication skills in French and English required • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English • Previous experience in order management, order entry, customer service, sales support, or a related administrative role • Hands-on experience using SAP is required • Experience with ERP systems is required • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data, order numbers, pricing, and timelines • Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities in a steady, organized manner • Professional communication style with customers and internal teams • Comfortable working in a structured office environment • Strong follow-up skills and a reliable approach to daily work • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel • Positive team attitude and willingness to support others when needed
