• Expertise in Contact Center platforms. • IVR/Routing Automation using Cyara, Hammer etc • Automation testing across UI & APIs (Selenium, Postman, Karate etc- any of them) • Agent Desktop Automation. • Java core. • Provide technical leadership for maintenance releases, enhancements, and ongoing support activities. • Familiarity with tools like Bitbucket/Git, JIRA, Confluence, IDEs(IntelliJ/Eclipse) etc. • Experience working in a structured scaled Agile environment.
