About the role
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.. Direct and control daily operations . Open and distribute mail and other materials. Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences. Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies. Schedule and confirm appointments. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages. Answer electronic enquiries. Compile data, statistics and other information. Respond to employee questions and complaints. Order office supplies and maintain inventory. Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems. Personal suitability: Organized. Team player. Time management. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
