About the role
AS THE ASSISTANT MANAGER, you will be responsible for working with the service line director or practice manager regarding the planning, organizing, and providing leadership with the assigned physician practices. You will aide in coordinating the practice activities of clinical and non-clinical staff within the practices and oversee daily operations. You will act as a liaison for the practice staff with operational oversight to the practice management department. You will assist in the marketing and market growth of identified physician practices/specialty.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required 3 years of experience working in a physician practice environment required Associate's Degree, Preferred Must have knowledge of physician office procedures CPT -4 and ICD -9 coding and proper medical documentation Must have a wide range of knowledge in billing, charging, and reimbursement Advanced computer skills Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role, Preferred
