Integrated Functional Health is a thriving, multi-location healthcare clinic offering Chiropractic, Massage Therapy, Physiotherapy, Kinesiology, Acupuncture, Naturopath and Skin & Beauty services across Surrey and Langley. We?re looking for a dynamic and energetic Administrative Assistant to join our team and help take our brand new Langley location to the next level.

The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about *customer service, sales, and content creation (being comfortable on camera). *This role has plenty of room for growth, and depending on performance, could evolve into a Managerial Position in the near future.

Who You Are Our Ideal Candidate):

• You have JaneApp experience (required for consideration).
• You have experience processing and billing ICBC, WSBC and private insurances claims.
• You are a people person with excellent communication, computer, and customer service skills.
• You are a high-energy, sales-driven individual who is ready to promote our services and engage with our community.
• You have a friendly, professional demeanor and are reliable and punctual.
• You are comfortable on camera and have a passion for content creation, whether that?s taking photos, making videos, or brainstorming new ideas for social media engagement.
• You?re able to work well under pressure and enjoy a fast-paced environment.
• You have a flexible schedule and are willing to work evenings until 8pm.
