The team at Suter Brook Dental located in Port Moody BC are looking for a passionate, multitasking, experienced Dental Receptionist on a full-time basis. 

The ideal Dental Receptionist is knowledgeable in dental procedures, confident in communication, and able to multitask while managing treatment plans efficiently.

Our brand-new office has just completed a major expansion. We are passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience and providing quality patient education.

SCHEDULE:

• Mondays, Tuesday and Wednesday : 7:30 to 4:30. 
• Thursdays 10:30 to 7:30 
• Fridays 7:30 to 4:30

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• 2 year of experience is required as a Dental Administrator
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker is considered an asset
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
• Strong understanding of dental procedures 
• Ability to do insurance cheques and AR is an asset
• Customer service mindset
