The Proposal Coordinator supports the pursuit of new construction work by managing and coordinating all aspects of request for proposals and request for qualification submissions. This role includes preparing RFP/RFQ responses, coordinating inputs from estimating, operations, and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with client requirements, managing RFP/RFQ schedules and deadlines, and assembling clear, professional submissions. The Proposal Coordinator also maintains proposal templates, qualifications, and past project data, supports pursuit strategy, and ensures consistent branding and messaging that reflects ASCO’s capabilities and experience.

Some of the Proposal Coordinator responsibilities include: RFP/RFQ Pursuits RFP/RFQ Development Content Management Compliance & Quality Control Post-Submission Activities

The preferred candidate will: Three (3) to five (5) years of related proposal management experience in a professional environment including construction, architecture or engineering. Familiarity with Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Qualifications (RFQ). Post-secondary diploma or certificate in marketing and/or administration. Strong writing, editing and proof-reading skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Adobe In-Design Knowledge of basic estimating and project management processes. Ability to understand task dependencies, deadlines, time windows, and resource availability.
