Job Summary We are seeking a professional and organized Part-time Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidates will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the automotive industry is a plus, but not required. The position offers flexible hours suitable for individuals seeking part-time work with opportunities for growth within the organization.
Hours
Position 1- Monday, Wednesday 3pm-8pm. Friday 8am-6pm
Position 2- Tuesday, Thursday 3pm-8pm. Saturdays 8am-6pm
Duties
- Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner at the front desk
- Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using one eighty, google spreadsheets, and other office software.
- Handle filing, record keeping, and document management with attention to detail
- Assist with administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, preparing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies
- Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Tag and stock out inventory
- Restock coffee station and bathrooms during shifts.
- Taking cash payments and reconciling daily transactions.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Demonstrated clerical experience including filing, proofreading, and document preparation
- Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette for handling multi-line phone systems
- Ability to perform typing quickly and accurately while maintaining attention to detail
