This role is responsible for identifying, investigating, and resolving billing discrepancies and errors, supporting day-to-day collections activities with key customer accounts, and ensuring billing processes are executed accurately and efficiently. The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment, while also demonstrating the ability to drive change, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements that support operational excellence.

Manage billing and documentation inboxes

Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and errors

Process and validate invoices, PODs, and supporting documentation

Monitor unbilled reports and follow up on missing information

Submit invoices through customer portals and ensure compliance with requirements

Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Customer Service teams

Support collections and respond to customer inquiries

Participate in process improvement initiatives

Provide administrative support and backup as needed

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Experience with TMW or transportation industry is an asset

Post-secondary education is required
