Kitchener Ford is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented New Vehicle Sales Administrator to help keep our Sales Department running efficiently.

If you're skilled with Microsoft Excel and Word, love working with processes, and enjoy keeping things organized, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Stock and manage new vehicle inventory
• Process incentive claims and dealership paperwork
• Coordinate dealer trades and vehicle locates
• Monitor online vehicle listings and pricing
• Track deliveries and support the sales team
• Maintain accurate records and reports

What We're Looking For

✅ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

✅ Exceptional attention to detail

✅ Excellent organization and follow-up skills

✅ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

✅ Automotive dealership experience is an asset
