About the role

The Logistics & Export Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the administrative, logistical, and regulatory activities related to domestic and international shipments of cell culture media. This individual ensures compliant, accurate, and timely deliveries while serving as the primary liaison between customers, carriers, regulatory agencies, and internal teams. 

What you will do:

Logistics & Export Coordination

  • Plan and coordinate domestic and international shipments.
  • Collaborate with production teams to manage shipping schedules and priorities.
  • Maintain export documentation and ensure compliance with destination country requirements.
  • Process customer orders in Dynamics AX.
  • Track shipments and communicate updates to customers and partners.
  • Coordinate activities with carriers to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities to optimize logistics processes.

Order Processing & Documentation

  • Prepare purchase orders, shipping documents, invoices, and credit notes.
  • Verify pricing and order accuracy before processing.
  • Coordinate order preparation and shipping activities with the appropriate teams.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Inventory Management

  • Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment orders as required.
  • Manage inventory rotation according to lot numbers and expiration dates.
  • Reconcile physical and system inventory records.
  • Monitor temperatures in refrigerated and frozen storage areas.

Administration & Compliance

  • Maintain complete and organized records to support audit requirements.
  • Update procedures, templates, and export-related documentation.
  • Monitor shipment performance and manage discrepancies or corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable export regulations.

What it takes to succeed:

  • Relevant experience in logistics coordination, export operations, or order management.
  • Certificate, training, or specialization in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Import/Export is considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of export documentation and international shipping processes is considered an asset.
  • Bilingualism in French and English, both spoken and written, to communicate with our international customers.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Work Location & Minimum Pay Rate  

This is an in‑person position based in Saint-Hyacinthe, requiring on‑site work five days per week. The position offers an annual starting wage of $49,500, with the potential for additional compensation based on relevant experience and qualifications.
