About the role

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an Enterprise Print Specialist to join the Managed Print Solutions team at WBM Technologies. This role supports our customers and internal sales team by delivering assessment, solution design, and deployment support for enterprise print and office technology solutions.

This position is an excellent entry point into the IT and Managed Services industry, offering strong exposure to customer environments, sales processes, and enterprise technology, with clear opportunities for growth within WBM.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Work closely with the WBM sales team to support customer opportunities and active accounts.  • Conduct onsite print and device assessments at customer locations.  • Develop and document supporting business cases for recommended print and office technology solutions.  • Input and manage sales orders accurately and efficiently, with a strong emphasis on data integrity.  • Deliver onsite training to customers on installed print and office technology solutions.  • Provide clear, timely, and professional communication to customers throughout the engagement lifecycle. • Maintain accurate documentation, tracking, and reporting using Microsoft Office applications, with a strong focus on Excel.  • Follow established WBM processes to ensure consistency, quality, and a positive customer experience.

 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Exceptional customer service skills, both verbal and virtual.  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.  • Interest in office technologies and enterprise print solutions.  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data, documentation, and order entry.  • Reliable, punctual, and well-organized approach to work.  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and enthusiasm for learning.  • Ability to work independently in customer environments and collaboratively with internal teams.  • No prior industry experience required — training and mentorship will be provided.
