We’re seeking a Customs Release Supervisor to lead our release team and ensure smooth daily operations. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone with customs brokerage experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting a team.

What You’ll Do Oversee day-to-day customs release operations Monitor the brokerage queue and ensure ETAs are met Assign and prioritize work for the release team Support and coach team members; escalate issues as needed Ensure compliance with current customs release procedures Train staff on daily processes and workflows Create schedules to ensure proper coverage Run monthly team reports and assist with SOP development Communicate staffing needs and team concerns to management

What We’re Looking For Experience in customs brokerage / customs release operations Supervisory or team lead experience preferred CCS designation preferred Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills Approachable, supportive leadership style, comfortable delegating and guiding
