Perform high level administrative and technical functions required for the successful administration of the SELF and SELF Refi loan programs.
Minimum Qualifications

Resume Must Demonstrate The Following Qualifications
Two (2) years of customer service experience on the phone or in a call center environment. Ability to provide prompt, courteous, and accurate information to customers in person, on the phone, through e-mail, and other written correspondence. Ability to use de-escalating skills while providing customer service. Math sufficient to calculate, review, and reconcile customer accounts. Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in student loan or other loan processing. Experience in student financial aid. Ability to relate to racially and culturally diverse groups. Ability to multitask and be self-motivated. Ability to type 50 WPM.
Physical Requirements
Ability to position self and move sufficiently to; sort and file documents and perform repetitive tasks. Although a sedentary job is defined as one which involves sitting, a certain amount of walking and standing is often necessary in carrying out job duties. Ability to use folding machine for large mailings after training received. Lift and move paper supply boxes up to 20 pounds as needed.
