About the role
We're looking for an organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support a commercial real estate team. What You'll Do: ✅ Provide administrative support to senior management ✅ Coordinate calendars, meetings, and projects ✅ Manage lease documentation and tenant records ✅ Prepare and proofread documents in French & English ✅ Maintain files and office operations ✅ Work with property management systems such as Yardi (preferred)
What We're Looking For: ✔ 3–5+ years of administrative experience ✔ Fluent in French & English (spoken & written) ✔ Strong Microsoft Office & Office 365 skills ✔ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities ✔ Property management or commercial real estate experience is an asset
