How you will make an impact
- Spearhead process improvement initiatives by performing root cause analysis, collaborating with Operations team, Coverdale leadership, and training and education teams to document and standardize processes.
- Participate in training and resource development team to support CRC operations.
- Act as primary operational support for day-to-day operations, projects, and partner initiatives supporting the Coverdale leadership team.
- Coordinate the rollout of organizational initiatives, collecting feedback, monitoring adoption, and recommending refinements.
- Respond to urgent appointment coordination needs, collaborating with nurses and CRCMs to ensure timely patient care.
- Report patient safety information, adverse events, and product quality complaints as required.
- Manage onboarding of partners and coordinators in internal systems to ensure timely new colleague access and seamless communication between Coverdale and patient support programs.
- Act as CRC Incident Lead during clinic closures or natural disasters, coordinating communications, mobilizing resources, incident documentation, and leading after-action reviews.
- Represent Coverdale in preparing for audits and participating in the live audit process as required.
- Represent CRC in operational program launch planning and post-launch service evaluation reviews.
- Act as direct partner contact within CRC operations to ensure responsiveness and build strong relationships with program coordinators.
- Investigate and initiate Quality Incident Reports (QIRs), contributing to a culture of safety and accountability.
- Support legal documentation requests, including patient consent coordination and liaison with legal teams.
- Escalate system issues and patient complaints to appropriate departments, ensuring timely resolution and service recovery.
- Evaluate non-standard service requests as required.
What you’ll bring to our team

Education:
- Post-secondary education in healthcare, business, or a related field is required.
- Clinical background (e.g., nursing, pharmacy) considered an asset.
- QMS Auditor certification or ISO 9001 experience considered an asset.

Experience:
- 5 years’ experience in healthcare operations, patient services, or team development.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Experience with Patient Support Programs and/or Infusion Clinic/Specialty Pharmacy Operations

Skills:
- Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities.
- Experienced in business continuity and incident management.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, PowerBi, Copilot).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Bilingualism (French and English) is required.
Compensation: At BioScript, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location.
