Accountabilities: The Marketing Coordinator will support the execution of multiple marketing projects by coordinating workflows, managing communications, and ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on time. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with distributed teams. Coordinate multiple marketing projects from planning through completion, ensuring timelines, priorities, and deliverables remain on track. Manage project workflows and task organization using project management tools such as Asana or similar platforms. Support client communications, scheduling, follow-ups, and relationship management activities. Create marketing materials, visual assets, and campaign resources using tools such as Canva. Coordinate email marketing campaigns, newsletters, social media content, and other marketing initiatives. Maintain content calendars, documentation, project updates, and marketing records. Prepare meeting notes, presentations, reports, and status updates for internal and client-facing discussions. Support Marketing Leaders and Project Managers with daily coordination tasks and operational needs. Monitor campaign progress and identify potential risks or delays to ensure deadlines are achieved. Maintain accurate marketing systems, workflows, and project documentation. Coordinate multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining quality and consistency. Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, team collaboration, and operational efficiency. Requirements: The ideal candidate is an experienced marketing coordinator with strong project management capabilities and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced remote environment. They should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting international teams and clients. Minimum 5 years of experience in a Marketing Coordinator or similar marketing support role. Proven experience coordinating multiple marketing projects, campaigns, or client accounts. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams. Experience using project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Trello, or similar tools. Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. Experience creating marketing assets using Canva or similar design tools. Familiarity with social media platforms, content scheduling, and digital marketing workflows. Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and high-quality deliverables. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with distributed teams. Experience with CRM systems and email marketing platforms is a plus. Familiarity with AI productivity tools, paid advertising platforms, and SEO tools is beneficial. Experience supporting U.S.-based clients or global remote teams is preferred.
