Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for n Bilingual-Banking Associate. This position involves providing operational support within a financial services environment, executing administrative transactions, and ensuring adherence to service level agreements.

Pay rate range (CAD): $17.60/hr – $27.29/hr

Responsibilities

Perform daily administrative duties, including issuing cheques and deposits, documentation, and record keeping Handle repetitive operational tasks with accuracy and timeliness Respond to internal requests and support colleagues across various functions Validate transaction information and assist with adjustments within authority levels Escalate operational issues proactively to ensure resolution and service quality Support incoming transactions and check for compliance with established guidelines Assist with documentation related to banking and financial processes Contribute ideas for process improvements and efficiency Support compliance with enterprise policies such as Anti-Money Laundering and Business Continuity Management

Desired Skill-Set

Fully bilingual in English and French, both written and verbal 2-4 years of experience in administrative services within a financial or banking environment Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications: Word, Outlook, and Excel Ability to quickly learn and adapt to internal systems and software Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy standards Effective organizational and time management skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage high volumes of work Understanding of financial products such as MM and FX (Options, Foreign Exchange, Money Market deposits and loans)

Nice-to-Have

Experience working with cash products such as loans, deposits, swaps, and forwards Previous exposure to global banking platforms and internal WSS systems Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance standards
