The Student Advisor Support Specialist provides operational, administrative, and analytical support to the Student Development Manager and the Student Advisory Services team. This role is responsible for managing lead distribution, monitoring lead pipelines, tracking conversion rates, and supporting Student Advisors in achieving enrolment targets across the Calgary and Edmonton campuses.

The position ensures effective oversight of prospective student leads, timely follow-up processes, and accurate reporting of enrolment performance trends. The role works directly with the Student Development Manager to provide daily and weekly analysis of lead activity, advisor performance, and conversion outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Student Development Manager in daily operations related to lead management and student advisory services. Assign and distribute incoming leads to Student Advisors across Calgary and Edmonton campuses based on operational requirements. Monitor lead pipelines to ensure all assigned leads are actioned within established follow-up timelines. Track advisor follow-up activities and ensure compliance with communication standards and service expectations. Provide direct support to Student Advisors by assisting with lead prioritization, follow-up coordination, and pipeline management. Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly lead conversion rates and provide performance summaries. Compare current enrolment performance against previous intake periods and established campus enrolment targets. Generate regular reports on lead volume, assigned leads, conversion outcomes, lost opportunities, and advisor productivity. Identify trends in lead sources, student inquiries, and marketing performance to support enrolment planning. Evaluate lead quality and provide recommendations to improve conversion strategies. Maintain accurate records of all lead assignments, follow-up activity, and pipeline status in CRM systems. Collaborate with the Student Development Manager to support strategic planning, operational improvements, and enrolment initiatives. Provide daily and weekly reporting directly to the Student Development Manager.

Qualifications And Skills

Diploma or degree in business administration, education, student services, or related field preferred. Experience in student services, admissions, enrolment management, or lead coordination. Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data, trends, and performance metrics. Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and reporting platforms. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

The Student Advisor Support Specialist is responsible for strengthening Student Advisory Services operations through efficient lead assignment, proactive pipeline monitoring, detailed performance reporting, and advisor support to ensure enrolment targets are met and operational processes are optimized across campuses.
