Our client, a premium home builder with many Master Planned communities to their credit, requires a Service Coordinator. This role is fully on-site in East Gwillimbury, as you will be part of a team supporting home buyers post-occupancy. This is a vacant position.

Responsibilities to include: Schedule trades and service appointments for purchasers to ensure warranty work orders are completed Answer incoming phone calls, emails and maintain the customer care calendar Liaise with all departments to track completion of deficiencies, and follow up on work orders with homeowners to ensure satisfaction.

Experience Required: Knowledge in the new home construction industry or residential related construction services as it relates to warranty regulations 3 years minimum of client-facing customer service with professionalism and clear communication, preferably with a reputable residential builder
