Are you our new Junior Project Manager & Resource Manager?
Kevin Smith Client Services Director
We’re on the lookout for an ambitious, curious and organised Resource Manager & Junior Project Manager to join our Client Services team.
Whether you’re an experienced Resource Manager who thrives on matching the right people to the right projects, or a Junior Project Manager who loves bringing order to busy schedules and keeping delivery on track, we’d love to hear from you.
This role sits right at the heart of our studio. You’ll be responsible for making sure our designers, copywriters, strategists, freelancers and suppliers are working on the right projects at the right time, while supporting the wider Client Services team to keep projects moving smoothly from brief to delivery.
It’s a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys both the operational side of agency life and the challenge of project delivery. You’ll own studio resourcing and scheduling while gaining broader experience across project planning, budgeting, client communication and delivery management.
About Us
We’re a caring, vibrant and passionate creative agency based in Shoreditch.
Known for combining creativity with strategy, we help brands with a social purpose change what’s possible. We work with charities, purpose-led organisations and businesses that want to make a genuine difference, and we’re proud of the impact our work creates.
How you’ll fit into the team
You’ll join a passionate Client Services team that’s collaborative, supportive and genuinely invested in helping one another succeed. You’ll play an important role in keeping projects moving, supporting the day-to-day delivery of client work and helping ensure projects stay on time, on budget and on scope.
You’ll be the go-to person for studio scheduling, helping balance workloads, solve resource challenges and keep communication flowing between Creative and Client Services.
What you’ll be doing
Managing the day-to-day studio schedule, balancing reactive requests with proactive planning for future weeks and months. Acting as the central point of contact for studio scheduling, resolving resource queries and helping the Creative team work efficiently. Working closely with our Client Services team to build realistic project schedules and delivery plans. Supporting Project Managers with project administration, timelines, budgets and status tracking. Helping ensure everyone has the right briefs, files, software and information they need to deliver great work. Managing freelancer and supplier bookings, raising purchase orders and coordinating external resources when needed. Identifying opportunities to improve our processes, systems and ways of working. Leading our daily studio huddles and weekly scheduling meetings. Producing weekly capacity and cost of sales reports for the leadership team, including managing the freelance budget.
What we’re looking for
Experience managing resources within a busy creative agency or studio, and building strong relationships with freelancers. A good understanding of creative, design and digital production processes. Experience using agency project management or scheduling software (we use Synergist, although experience isn’t essential). Experience working across multiple media channels. Excellent organisation and exceptional attention to detail. Someone who’s naturally curious and isn’t afraid to ask questions. A love of bringing structure to busy projects and keeping lots of moving parts organised. Someone who enjoys supporting others and is happy getting stuck into the day-to-day realities of project delivery, from scheduling to proofing and amends. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to build relationships with colleagues, clients and suppliers. A genuine appetite to learn and develop into a broader project management role.
