Crestview Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM is looking for an energetic, results-driven Tower Operator/Internal Service Advisor to take charge of our shop flow, lead internal vehicle operations, and keep our service engine running smoothly! In this key role, you’ll serve as the vital link connecting our Sales, Detail, and Service teams. You’ll manage shop dispatching, ensure work orders are executed flawlessly, coach apprentice technicians, and keep our vehicle inventory moving fast all while delivering top-tier internal customer service. What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities) Drive Shop Efficiency: Manage all incoming and outgoing workloads to ensure work is completed correctly. Service Invoicing: Look over and invoice all service Repair Orders Warranty coverage confirmation: Work with the technicians to ensure proper warranty coverages, inspect for labour times and lop coverages, ensure deductibles are applied Internal Account Management: Create and manage work orders for used inventory, internal repairs, and accessory installations. Rapid Recon Leadership: Keep Rapid Recon updated continuously to maintain real-time tracking across all departments. Quality Assurance: Inspect all completed internal work to guarantee high standards, immediately addressing any issues with the Fixed Operations Manager. Safety & Compliance: Complete required Safety paperwork and Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) documentation accurately and on time. Scan in CPo inspections and coordinate with reception Process Knowledge: Stay up to date on the latest automotive products, policies, and procedures to ensure top-tier performance. What You Bring to the Table (Requirements) Experience: 2–3 years of automotive industry experience or a similar operational/dispatch role is a strong asset. Automotive Know-How: Solid understanding of automotive systems, repair orders, and shop processes. People & Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; a confident listener who works well with diverse teams and guests. High Energy & Attitude: A positive, professional personality with a strong drive to hit targets and solve problems on the fly. Tech & Time Management: Proficient with computers, highly organized, and able to exercise sound judgment under tight deadlines. Valid Driver’s License: Must hold a valid driver’s license with an acceptable, clean driving record.
