Patient Care Coordinator
If you are looking for a long-term position as a Patient Care Coordinator in the dental field in progressive, state of the art offices, please read below. We are looking for a Full-Time Patient Care Coordinator to join our office (approx. 4 - 5 days per week). The successful applicant must be self-motivated, organized, detail oriented, caring and a compassionate individual to connect with parents and patients and interested in pursuing a career in the dental field. It is also important that this person possesses a positive attitude with professional commitment and is friendly and out-going in a team-oriented environment.
This position offers: Starting a career in the Dental industry Training in Dental Great experience in the dental environment and for anyone looking to pursue Dental Assisting Opportunity to learn while working Great locations and state of the art offices (rotation between clinics is required) Professional clinical team Experience in dental is not required
Responsibilities and Duties Greeting patients and parents Seating patients Setting up ops Cleaning/Disinfecting and preparing ops in between patients Setting up instruments for the clinical team Assisting with sterilizing instruments Helping the RDA with set up and care of the patient Dismissing patients Assisting with taking inventory of supplies
Qualifications and Skills High School Diploma Must be computer proficient and able to learn new software easily Excellent communication skills Available to work during applicable business hours Able to work in a fast paced environment Ability to work well with children of all ages English proficient in speaking and writing Excellent customer care skills in person Excellent presentation and professionalism
