Receptionist/Customer Care Clerk If you are an eager and experienced Client Care Clerk/Receptionist experienced to be the first point of contact in a legal firm, Jane Katkova & Associates' office is looking for someone who takes pride in their work and is able to perform the duties of this position efficiently and professionally. Jane Katkova Global (Jane Katkova & Associates & Fast Passport Boutique by Jane Katkova) is one of Canada's most recognized Immigration law consultancy offices. Operating for over 25 years, we have successfully assisted over 15,000 with immigration and emigration cases. If you are someone looking to utilize your experience and skills in the immigration/emigration law space and who shares our drive/passion, this position is for you! Requirements: Candidates with experience in a legal office environment are a plus. We are looking for talent that can welcome clients with professionalism and hospitality. Manage scheduling and meetings with our office managers and chief counsel. Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Strong technical skills, proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Adobe Creative Suite. In our office's fast-paced environment, it is essential that you can be flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities. Highly organized & detail-oriented, and who can fit into our office culture and work well with team members. Fluent in English and Russian; a third language is a preference. Growth opportunities are guaranteed, with increases to salary and responsibilities are ongoing.
