Royal Inland Hospital has an exciting opportunity for a Relief Part Time Staffing Services Scheduling Clerk to join their team in Kamloops, B.C! This position works rotating days 05:00 to 14:00, 09:00 to 18:00. This is a relief position until September 30, 2026 or the return of incumbent. Duties In this role you will work in a customer-focused, team-oriented framework performing staffing, scheduling and payroll clerical functions in a fully automated system. Some typical duties will include: Receives and processes requests for vacancy coverage to ensure staff compliment baselines are met; Allocates and calls in relief staff to fill vacancies; Receives and processes on-staff, payroll removal notices and change notices; Reviews and audits timekeeping records; Reviewing, calculating and editing on call and call back hours; Data entry; Reception and clerical duties. Requirements
Applicants must provide a 5-minute typing test of at least 35 NWPM from a recognized institution completed within the last 48 months. A resume demonstrating three years of recent related experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience is required.
