YOUR ROLE: Your responsibilities will include: Supporting the team in the daily operations of the office; Ensuring the monitoring and updating of collections and documentary resources; Managing the inventory of office supplies; Preparing and reviewing documents, reports, and communications; Reproducing, sorting, and assembling various documents. SKILLS REQUIRED: Relevant experience in an administrative assistant role with similar responsibilities; Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Excellent command of spoken and written French and English; Discretion and respect for confidentiality; Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
