The Role We are looking for a talented office Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Executive Team (60%) and managing the daily onsite workplace experience (40%), while serving as the first point of contact for employees and visitors. You will work closely with the Executive Team, Operations, and Procurement leaders to ensure seamless operations and a professional, positive workplace experience. The role reports to the Executive assistant. Key Responsibilities * Manage executive calendar and meeting logistics across various time zones * Arrange international travel and accurately prepare and track executive expense reports * Act as the first point of contact for visitors and maintain the reception area * Oversee building maintenance requests and manage security access badges * Monitor, order, and stock all general office, kitchen, and promotional inventory What We’re Looking For (Qualifications) * Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in office administration. * Education: Post-secondary education in administrative support, office administration, or a related field is preferred. * Technical Skills: Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail) * Soft Skills: Extreme attention to detail; a polished and professional demeanor; and a self-starter work ethic with high autonomy. Location This is a 100% onsite role based in Vaughan, ON, with a planned permanent relocation to Markham, ON, in October 2026.
