As the Inventory Control Clerk, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient inventory operations. You'll be responsible for maintaining optimal material levels, accurately tracking inventory in our systems, and collaborating closely with the Materials and Procurement teams to keep things moving on schedule. This role involves monitoring inventory requests, processing and validating transactions, maintaining precise, detailed documentation to support our inventory management strategy. Responsibilities Monitor and maintain accurate inventory quantities to ensure that inventory is accurate and sufficient to meet operational needs. Monitor the inventory requests queue and process inventory transactions. Log and track work orders in progress in the inventory management software Support inventory transfers, returns, and adjustments. Perform regular cycle counts and/or count reconciliation, and report discrepancies. Prepare work order pick lists and inventory receipts. Update internal communication logs. Generate inventory reports and purchase request forms for the procurement team. Ensure proper labelling and organized storage of inventory items. Qualifications High School Diploma /GED Equivalent. Minimum one (1) year experience in inventory control. Proficiency with inventory management software (ERP), and other inventory software; Sage 300 an asset. Advanced skills using Microsoft office suite. Agile physical mobility.
