The Office Administrator will primarily be involved with daily administrative duties such as reception, coordinating deliveries/mailings, answering phones and assisting as required. They will also be involved with invoicing/billing of our accounts and clients. Schedule: Full Time Summary of Position: * Cultivate a culture that promotes inclusion, innovation, productivity, and collaboration. * Build strong relationships, listen intently, and utilize clear & transparent communication. * Answer all incoming telephone calls & be the first point of contact to our customers. * Arrange and handle monthly staff orders for office supplies. * Distribute daily incoming mail & take care of all outgoing mailings. * Maintain company contacts. * General filing and photocopying. * Training team members on policies and work procedures * Inputting information into the computer * Help management on projects * Schedule staff hours * Input payroll * Other tasks as assigned Qualifications: * Successful candidates will have a high school diploma with at least 1 year of experience as an office administrator. Further consideration will be given to those with post-secondary education/business training. * Exemplary written, verbal and computer-oriented communication skills. * Strong customer service, accounts payable and receivable skills. * Strong overall computer and internet skills. * Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite preferred, Excel is mandatory. * Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Must be able to pass a Criminal Record Check.
