Jobs Administrative Assistant III – DTI Saskatoon Location Type Posting Date Closing Date Saskatoon Full Time Aug 21, 2026 Sep 7, 2026 The Dumont Technical Institute, a Division Of Gabriel Dumont Institute Of Native Studies And Applied Research, Invites Applications For The Following Position Administrative Assistant III –DTI Saskatoon Competition code: 2602 101S Sep 7 Responsibilities: To work with DTI educational programs, providing all support functions such as: direct calls and respond to general inquiries from the public, in person and over the phone; filing, typing/keyboarding, photocopying, faxing, sorting/routing mail; compose and type letters from general instructions; prepare tables and reports; attend and participate in various DTI meetings; general administrative duties; assist in the maintenance of student records; relevant duties as required by other staff, as well as any other duties as assigned. Qualifications: The successful candidate will have a Diploma or Certificate in the office administration field and a minimum of one-year relevant experience. Candidates with one-year post-secondary and equivalent experience may be considered. The individual must have sound knowledge of, and have practical application skills in, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, flexibility, highly motivated and the ability to work with individuals from various equity groups with minimal supervision is required.
