Job Description The Office Administrator provides front-desk coverage and day-to-day administrative support to logistics and site management teams. This role acts as a central point of coordination, supporting site operations through document control, scheduling, travel logistics, and general administrative tasks while ensuring smooth communication between internal staff , external partners & field staff. What would you be doing? Act as the first point of contact for visitors, phone calls, and general inquiries, maintaining a professional front-desk presence. Provide administrative support to logistics and site managers, assisting with day-to-day operational tasks. Assist with travel arrangements, accommodations, and transportation coordination for site personnel. Prepare, track, and distribute site documentation, reports, and correspondence. Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and data entry within internal systems. Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Microsoft Word, Excel etc,.) Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to liaise with all organizational levels. Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively. Additional Information This position has been identified as a safety-sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
