Sr Office and Administrative Assistant (Policy)

Provides high-level administrative support to the VP of Partnerships, Strategy & Public Affairs, including calendar and travel management. Coordinates policy-related events, drafts briefing notes and presentations, and acts as a liaison for the senior executive team.

Finance and Accounts Clerk

The Finance & Accounts Clerk supports member account functions, performs data entry, and handles monthly revenue stream tracking. They are also responsible for performing reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records in the internal management system.

Sr Office and Administrative Assistant (Policy)

The Senior Office and Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the VP, Partnerships, Strategy & Public Affairs and ensures the smooth operation of daily administrative functions. Responsibilities include managing the VP's calendar, supporting travel logistics, conducting research, and coordinating activities and initiatives.
