Office Administrator Location: Mississauga, ON Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Work Arrangement: On-Site Salary: $55,000–$65,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications About the Role Federal Screen Products is seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Administrator to fill an existing vacancy within our team. This position plays a key role in supporting daily office operations, maintaining accurate records, coordinating administrative activities, and providing support across our Mississauga and Guelph locations. The successful candidate will be professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, incoming calls, and general correspondence. Coordinate meetings, calendars, boardroom bookings, mail, and courier shipments. Maintain company records, employee lists, schedules, directories, and administrative reports. Scan, organize, and maintain work orders and company documentation. Maintain office, stationery, kitchen, and workplace supplies. Support NOVAtime administration, including employee timekeeping and work order assignments. Manage employee timecards, key fobs, alarm codes, and building access records. Coordinate confidential shredding and other office services. Assist with company vehicle administration, including CVOR documentation, licensing, inspections, and maintenance. Support fire drills, emergency documentation, and workplace health and safety initiatives. Coordinate company events and employee engagement initiatives. Provide administrative support to various departments and assist with special projects as required. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of administrative experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Diploma in Office Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with NOVAtime or a similar timekeeping system is an asset. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Excellent attention to detail with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Why Join Us?
