Your Schedule Evening shift: Monday to Friday, 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. + hourly shift premium $$$ Your Role As a Parts Clerk, you’ll play an essential role in supporting our customers, mechanics, and the various departments within the branch. Your goal: find the right part, respond efficiently to requests, and help keep operations running smoothly. More specifically, you’ll be responsible for: Assisting internal and external customers in finding and selecting the right parts Responding to requests at the parts counter, by phone, and by email Searching for parts using catalogues and various computer systems Preparing and processing parts orders Assisting with inventory management and follow-up Working closely with mechanics, the Service Department, and other members of the team Providing professional, efficient, and courteous service in every interaction What We’re Looking For Experience with heavy-duty vehicle parts (a strong asset) Experience or knowledge in body shop parts (an asset) Excellent customer service skills Comfortable using computer systems and digital tools Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Independence and resourcefulness Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple requests Strong teamwork skills Don’t check every box?
