We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Communications Coordinator to join our team and support the day-to-day work behind artist campaigns, releases, and marketing initiatives. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and is passionate about music, with a strong eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a natural ability to keep projects, people, and priorities moving forward. About Us: Ethereal Music Group is a high growth, multiple entity music company operating across recorded music, artist services, and music tech. Our strategy is centered on building and scaling music catalogs, developing artists through data driven marketing, and creating owned platforms that extend the lifecycle and value of our content. What you’ll do: Support day-to-day communications and administrative tasks across the label and marketing team Coordinate schedules, meetings, deadlines, and project deliverables across artist and client campaigns Assist with artist releases, launches, and marketing initiatives alongside Account Managers and the wider team Help prepare, organize, and maintain campaign materials, artist assets, project documents, and internal resources Coordinate communication between artists, clients, creative partners, and internal teams Support social media, marketing, promotional, and creative projects as needed Keep projects organized and ensure follow-ups, next steps, and deadlines are tracked and communicated Bring a thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach to day-to-day execution, with strong attention to detail and follow-through What we’re looking for: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong communication and coordination skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a natural ability to communicate professionally with artists, clients, and creative partners Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-moving, creative environment Able to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines without losing sight of the details Collaborative, personable, and adaptable, with a genuine interest in working within the music industry Comfortable working independently while being an engaged and supportive member of a small, close-knit team Strong passion for music and an instinctive understanding of artist branding, social media, and contemporary music culture Experience or education in communications, marketing, music business, administration, or a related field Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing, and creative workflows is an asset Previous experience in an administrative, communications, marketing, music, or creative role is an asset Details: Hybrid role - Vancouver only Salary $40-50K depending on experience Comprehensive health and dental benefits Annual work-from-home stipend Annual live music and concert stipend
