Job Title: Data Entry Clerk – Level 3 Location: Guelph, Ontario Work Location: Cargill Plant, 180 Watson Parkway South, Guelph, Ontario Start Date: September 14, 2026 Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support daily data entry and administrative activities at the Cargill plant in Guelph, Ontario. Key Responsibilities Enter data accurately from physical and digital documents into the company database. Review and verify information for accuracy and completeness. Update internal reports, spreadsheets, and databases as required. Maintain accurate and organized records. Manage daily workload and prioritize urgent or high-priority tasks. Ensure assigned work is completed accurately and within required timelines. Requirements Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic computer and data entry skills. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets. Ability to work with both physical and digital documents. Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Previous data entry or administrative experience is preferred. Work Schedule Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST Work Location: 180 Watson Parkway South, Guelph, Ontario.
