The opportunity:

Valnet is seeking a highly analytical, knowledgeable and driven Assistant Director of Administration to oversee and manage various administrative functions within the organization. This role includes:

  • Cultural Leadership: Shape and foster the organization's culture, ensuring alignment with values, mission, and strategic goals.
  • Business Partnerships and PR: Develop and maintain strategic partnerships, oversee public relations efforts, and ensure positive brand representation.
  • Office Management: Manage office facilities, including space planning, safety, and the work environment to support productivity and employee well-being.
  • Executive Assistant Team Oversight: Lead and manage the Executive Assistant team, ensuring effective support to senior executives, efficient workflow, and professionalism.
  • Communication and Coordination: Facilitate effective communication and coordination, with a focus on business partnerships, PR, and cultural initiatives.
