Under the supervision of the Warehouse Manager, the Office Clerk's primary responsibility is to:

  • Enter data from the reception and placement of classification returns from our customers into the AS400 system.
  • Enter and issue various reports in Excel.
  • Perform data entry for the reception of merchandise in the warehouse.
  • Validation and compliance of orders received and merchandise returns
  • Claims of parts to suppliers
  • Make appointments with our carriers
  • Perform all other related tasks requested by his superior.

Requirements

  • High school diploma combined with 1 year experience in a similar position.

  • Very good knowledge of Excel, AS400 and basic knowledge of Acces software.
  • Speed and accuracy in data entry.
  • Bilingual
