  • Draft, revise, edit, produce and distribute a variety of communication tools intended for various internal audiences (Head office, international offices, stores, franchisees)
  • Write, manage and deliver internal communication plans and tools to drive engagement
  • Coordinate projects and manage successful delivery of communication assets for internal clients
  • Develop and implement communications strategies and collateral
  • Ensure that policies, standards, templates and programs are updated to support initiatives 
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, at all levels of leadership, to align on communication strategies by determining the best timing and channel of communication to drive or support the business
  • Support the production of communications by reviewing content and using communication expertise to fact-check, edit (as appropriate)
  • Develop and manage timelines for our internal communications platform and a variety of initiatives
  • Work with translators to translate corporate communications into appropriate languages
  • Work with designers to illustrate corporate communications, when necessary
  • Manage production of communications projects
  • Research corporate communication best practices and support development of internal and external communication strategies
  • Respond with urgency (when applicable) to business needs and changes


  • Bachelor's degree in Communications or journalism or any related field
  • Minimum 2-5 years of relevant communications experience or corporate in-house environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, in English, French is an important asset
  • Demonstrated superior organizational, time management and project management skills
  • Multi-tasking generalist, flexible and efficient
  • Works autonomously
  • Ability to exercise discretion, good judgment and strong diplomacy skills
  • Proven experience in managing multiple communications initiatives from beginning to end
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment with quickly changing priorities and tight deadlines
  • Strong team player with proven ability to build relationships and foster collaboration across functional areas and keep key stakeholders informed
  • Strong people skills network
